Pneumatic Valve Accessories Type And Selection

In the use of pneumatic valves, it is usually necessary to configure some auxiliary parts to improve the performance of pneumatic valves, or improve the use efficiency of pneumatic valves. Common pneumatic valve accessories include: air filter, reversing solenoid valve, limit switch, electrical positioner and so on.In pneumatic technology, three kinds of air source processing components, air filter, pressure reducing valve and oil mister, are assembled together as pneumatic triplets, which are used to purify, filter and decompress the air source entering the pneumatic instrument to the rated air source pressure supplied by the instrument, which is equivalent to the function of power transformer in the circuit.

1.Types of pneumatic valve accessories:

Double acting pneumatic actuator: two-position control for valve opening and closing. (double action)

Spring return actuator: In the circuit gas cut off or fault, the valve automatically open or close. (single action)

Single electronically controlled solenoid valve: the valve opens or closes when the power is supplied, and the valve closes or opens when the power is cut off (explosion-proof type is available).

Double electric control solenoid valve : when one coil gets electricity, the valve opens, and when the other coil gets electricity, the valve closes, with memory function ( explosion-proof type can be provided ).

Limit switch return : long-distance transmission valve switch position signal ( explosion-proof type ).

Electrical positioner : According to the size of the current signal ( standard 4-20mA ) on the valve medium flow control ( explosion-proof ).
